Support for computers is available either on an ad-hoc basis via a call-out by the customer or as a regular monthly healthcheck for peace of mind.
With his early interest in electronics before the advent of the PC, throughout his industry experience Mark has built and maintained a variety of different PC hardware. Today this translates into the ability to offer advice and maintenance services. Examples of such are:
- Removal of viruses and Spyware
- Replacing faulty power supplies
- Upgrading and installation of hard drives
- Upgrading memory
- Backup of personal information
- Installation and customisation of new operating systems such as Windows 7
Although the above can be carried out on-site, the machine can be removed while work is carried out back in the workshop as this allows long running installations and other operations to be done in a cost effective manner for the customer.
